You wouldn’t put cheap petrol in a luxury car, so why fuel your body with poor-quality food when you’re putting in serious effort at the gym? I always go back to the pre-industrial way of eating, where food was simple, unprocessed, and whole. My focus is on fuelling with whole foods, prioritising protein, and choosing foods that make you feel good.
And of course, it’s about balance too. I live by the 80% rule, eat well most of the time, and enjoy the treats you love without guilt.

I can tell you exactly how to eat and train, and yes, you’ll see and feel results. But my goal is bigger than that.
I want you to understand why you’re eating certain foods and the benefits they bring, and why moving your body in specific ways matters. When you know the purpose behind what you’re doing, you’ll stay motivated, consistent, and more likely to succeed. That’s why my coaching is built
on education, so you have the knowledge and confidence to

About Me

I live and breathe what I teach. For me, training and nutrition aren’t just about looking a certain way, they’re about feeling good, building strength, and making choices today that my future self will thank me for.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked across Australia, London, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and Europe, learning that no matter where you are, the fundamentals of feeling strong and confident stay the same: train with purpose, fuel your body well, and create balance that lasts.

My approach is rooted in education. I don’t want to hand you a plan and keep you guessing. I want to teach you how to fuel your body and train effectively so you feel confident doing it yourself, for life.

I also believe coaching should be personal. Everyone has their own why, their own motivations, and their own way they love to move. Together, we’ll uncover yours and build a plan that feels aligned with your goals and the lifestyle you actually enjoy.

Balance matters, too. I love chocolate (absolutely love it), but I also choose to fuel my body for performance around 80% of the time. It’s that mix of discipline and enjoyment that keeps me consistent, happy, and strong and it’s the balance I’ll help you create for yourself.

My goal is simple: to guide you toward building strength, fuelling smart, and developing habits that last, so you can feel good now and for years to come.
